Township 116, Range 22 That part of said Government Lot 2/lying south of a line commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 4, Scenic Heights and bearing South 82 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West from the east line of said Government Lot 2 (said east line having an assumed bearing of South 1 degree 05 minutes 00 seconds East) to the west line of said Government Lot 2; and Section16, Township 116, Range 22 That part of said Government Lot 2/lying west of the plat of Scenic Heights, south of Registered Land Survey Number 136, east of the extension (4 southerly of the west line of Registered Land Survey Number 136 and. North of a line commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 4, Scenic Heights and bearing South 82 degrees , 21 minutes , 00 seconds West. Containing 40.6 acres les 3.5 acres to be public park. The City Council of the City of Eden Prairie grants the zoning of R1 13.5 District from Rural District for the Red Rock Hills Subdivision subject to the requirements and conditions of the Rezoning Agreement signed between John Houston, owner, and the City of Eden Prairie, a municipal corporation, on May 3 , 1975. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once ' each week. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue , immediately with the State Historical Society.
