AMENDING ORDINANCE 135 - 154 Unit Apartment.

The Council of -che City of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows:
a
Section 1 . Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to Section 7,
Township 116, Range 22 , as follows:

at the Northeast corner of the West half of the-Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter; thence North 86 degrees 49 minutes 11 seconds West on an assumed bearing
along the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of. the Northwest Quarter, a distance of
507.99 feet; thence South 72 degrees 29 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance of 192.41
feet; thence South 17 degrees 30 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 29.68 feet;

The Council of the City of Eden Prairie grants the zoning of RM 2 . 5 for
the described parcel based solely upon the plan dated March 29 , 1974, and
the staff report dated March 29 , 1974,as the proposed development will benefit
the health, safety, and welfare of the general public.
Rezoned to RM 2 .5 from PUD 71-2 District Rural.
First reading at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Eden
Prairie this 9th day of April, 1974 , and the final reading, adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the day
of 1974 .
Prior to the final reading a "Rezoning Agreement" was executed between the
developer, D.H. Gustafson & Associates Inc. , and the City of Eden Prairie
specifying the terms and requirements of the rezoning from District Rural, in
PUD 71-2,to RM 2 . 5 .
