Appedix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to Section 10, Township 116, Range 22 as follows: Located on Out Lot 1 Block 2 in Edenval a 4th Addition in the 3 South East corner of the Valley View Road and Baker/Mitchell Road intersection on approximately 19 acres in Section 10, Township 116, Range 22. Rezoning from PUD 70-4 to C-Comm. with the requirements set forth in the June 18, 1973 Planning Staff Report and the stipulation that no develop- ' ment occurs on the Northwest corner of the site or on the Southern slope towards Purgatory Creek. First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Eden Prairie, this 24th day of July and finally read, adopted and ordered pub- lished at a regular meeting of the Council of said Village on the 14th day of August Paul R.
