ORDINANCE NO. 209
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135
BASSWOODS - SITE D2
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by
adding to Section 24, Township 116, Range 22
as follows;
Located on 4.7 acres, is bounded by the Collector Road to
the north and east in The Preserve, all that part of Govern-
ment Lots 6, 7 and 8 and the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
24, Township 116, Range 22, described as follows; cor=encing
at a point on the west line of said Government Lot 6, 23.98
feet north of the sguthwest corner of said Government Lot 6
assumed bearing N 0 50, 41" W; thence N 370 261 27" W,
183.49 feet; thence N 580 17'20" E, 245.73 feet to a point
of curvature; thence along a curve to the right (radius =
393.30 feet, = 830 541 2811) , 575.97 feet to a compound
curvation; thence continuing along a curve to the right
(radius = 351.74 feet, = 13 171 23.526") 81.59 feet; thence
S 560 051 26" W, 390.58 feet; thence N 310 42, 40" E, 112.64
feet; thence N 890 31• 01" W, 267.52 feet; thence N 370 26,
27" W, 10.25 to the point of beginning.

The first reading was held at a regular meeting of the Council
of the Village of Eden Prairie, this 27th day of February and finally read,
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting the Council f said
Village on the 13th day of March, 1973.

publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said
newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least
500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total
circulation currently paid or no more than three months In arrears and has entry as second- 7
class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Minne-
tonka and Village of Eden Prairie in Hennepin County and it has Its known office of issue
in the City of Bloomington In Henhepin County, established and open during its regular
business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and
maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and
control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular
business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6)Said newspaper a
Wes a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has
complied with all foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of
publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of
Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form
prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn
to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
He further states on oath that the printed Ordinance No. 209
hereto attached as a part hereof was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed
and published therein in the English language, once each week, for One successive weeks;
that it was first so published on Thurs the 29 day of March . 19 73
and was thereafter printed and published on every to and including
—the—day of 19— and that the following is a printed copy
of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, and is hereby acknowledged as being
