ORDINANCE NO. 208
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONITTG
AND .AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135
BASSWOODS - SITE B
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to
Section 24, Township 116, Range 22 as follows;
Located on 5.6 acres, is bounO.ed by the East-West Parkway
to the south and the Collector Road to the north and west
in The Preserve, all that part of Government Lot 6, 7 and
8, Section 24, Township 116, Range 22, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West line of Government Lot 6,
23.98 feet north of the SW corner of said Government Lot 6,
assumed bearing S 00 50' 41" E; thence N 370 26' 27" W,
183.49 feet; thence S 580 17' 20" W, 193 feet to a point of
curvature; thence along a curve to the left (Radius 256.48
ft = 410 10' 02" ) , 184.28 feet to a point of tangency, thence
S 170 07' 18" W, 87.58 feet to the north right-of-way line
1 of the East-West Parkway; thence in a southeasterly direction
thence S 170 07' 18" W; thence in a southeasterly direction
along a curve to the right being the northerly right-of-way
of the East-West Paxkway, (Radius = 1004.93 feet; = 330 05T
z,2"), 580.42 feet; thence in an easterly direction along a
curve to the right (Radius = 279.79 feet, = 320 59' 23" )
161.10 feet; thence N 00 36' 50" E, 253.98 feet; thence
N 560 05' 26" E, 168.35 feet; thence N. 310 42, 4o" w,
112.64 feet; thence N 89° 31' 01" W, 267.52 feet, thence
N 370 26' 27" W, 10.25 feet to the point of beginning.

The first reading was held at a regular meeting of the Council
of the Village of Eden Prairie, this 13th day of February and finally read,
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council of said
Village on the 27th day of February, 1973.

J. R. RITCHAY, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during an times here stated
has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known as The Minnetonka-Eden Prairie .a
Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper Is printed In
the English language in newspaper format and In column and sheet form equivalent In printed
space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least
once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50%.: of Its: news columns devoted to news of local
Interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other
publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said
newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least
500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total
circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-
class matter in Its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Minne-
tonka and Village of Eden Prairie in Hennepin County and it has its known office of issue
In the City of Bloomington in Henhepin County, established and open during its regular
business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and
maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and
control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular
business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper
files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has
complied with all foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of
publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of i
Minnesota prior to January 1, IW6 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form
prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn
to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.

hereto attached as a part hereof was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed
and published therein in the English language, once each week, for Q successive weeks;
