AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135

The Council of the City of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows: r
Section 4 . Appendix A of Ordinance No . 135 is amended by adding to
Section 4 , Township 116 , Range 22 as follows:
Legally described as: i mile north of Valley View Road and 1 ,000 feet
east of Purgatory Creek in that part of the SE-1
of the SW-1 of Section 4 , Township 116, Range 22 ,
is found to be in conformance with the provisions
of Eden Prairie Ordinance No. 93 (Subdivision
Ordinance) and all amendments thereto.
The Council of the City of Eden Prairie grants the zoning to Multiple RM 6 . 5
from Rural (Edenvale PU D) for 26 townhouse units on a 4.7 acre site.
First reading at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Eden
Prairie this 30th day of May, 1972 , and the final reading, adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the
20 th day of August 1972 .

space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least
once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of pap news columns devoted to news of local
interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other
publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements, (4) Said
newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least
500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers. has an average of at least 75% of its total
circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-
class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the Village of
Eden Prairie in Hcnnepin County and it has its known office of issue in the City of
Bloomingtcn in Hennepin County, established and open during its regular business hours for
tiie gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscription and maintained by the
inanaging officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all
such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such business hours to the
business of the newsppaer and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of
each issue immediately with the State Historial Society. (7) Said newspaper has complied
with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication
'nientioned below. (a) Said newspaper has{{sled with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior
to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 tlkreafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the
Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary

The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows:
Section 1 . Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to Section
4, Township 116, Range 22 as follows:
Approximately 4.7 acres of land situated in the SE14 of the SVh
of Section 4, Township 116, Range 22. The site is approximately
