The Council of the City of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows: r Section 4 . Appendix A of Ordinance No . 135 is amended by adding to Section 4 , Township 116 , Range 22 as follows: Legally described as: i mile north of Valley View Road and 1 ,000 feet east of Purgatory Creek in that part of the SE-1 of the SW-1 of Section 4 , Township 116, Range 22 , is found to be in conformance with the provisions of Eden Prairie Ordinance No. 93 (Subdivision Ordinance) and all amendments thereto. The Council of the City of Eden Prairie grants the zoning to Multiple RM 6 . 5 from Rural (Edenvale PU D) for 26 townhouse units on a 4.7 acre site. First reading at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 30th day of May, 1972 , and the final reading, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 20 th day of August 1972 .
