AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135 The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows: Section I. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to Section 15 and 16, Township 116, Range 22 as follows: 1 . The north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 116 north, Range 22 west of the fifth principal meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota except (1 ) of the west 2DO feet of the north 200 feet thereof; also except (2) that part of the west 200 feet of the south 110 of the north 310 feet thereof, lying westerly of a line which is drawn ` southwesterly from the northeast corner of the second above described exception to a point on the south line of the second x N above described exception distant 162 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the west line of said 1/4 of 1/4 of said Section 16; and also except the platted area HEIDELBERG. r 2. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second- class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Minne- tonka and Village of Eden Prairie in Hennepin County and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in Hennepin County, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least two ,years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
