HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 144 - Rezoning - Och=s Brick and Tile - 07/14/1970 1 n j Och ' s Brick & Tile VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA 3 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE a ORDINANCE NO. 144 The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as follows : Section 1: Southeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence West along the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 . distant 567.0 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North at right angles 744.0 feet more or less to the Southeasterly right-of-way t line of the M. '& St. L. Railroad; thence Southwesterly along said right-of-way line 1027.4 feet more or less to its intersection with the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence s East along said South line 708.5 feet more or less to the point of beginning, except therefrom that part taken for State Highway No. 5, Section 9, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; all of the above described property shall be, and hereby is, removed from Plan Study District (PS) to General Industrial District (I-GEN) . a First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Eden Prairie this 14th day of July , 1970, and finally read, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council of said Village on the 22nd day of July , 1970.
