HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO.137
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF
ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie hereby ordains as
follows:
Section 1 . Wherever in the ordinances of the Village of Eden

Ninety (90) days is provided for a misder�eaner in violation of an
ordinance said penalty is hereby amended to provide for a maximnum
fine of Three-hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for Ninety
days (90) or both.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced
from and after its adoption.
First read at aregular meeting of the Council of the Village
of Eden Prairie this 12th day of August, 1969, and finally read,
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council
of said Village on the 26th day of August, 1969.
