ORDINANCE NO. 128
AN ORDINANCE VACATING UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENT ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, MCKINLEY FIRST
ADDITION AND ADJOINING LANDS, ACCORDING TO
THE MAPS OR PLATS THEREOF ON FILE OR OF
RECORD IN HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA. i

The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie hereby ordains as follows :
Section 1. That the utility and drainage easement as hereinafter
a
described and dedicated to the Village of Eden Prairie be, and the
same is hereby, vacated:
Utility and drainage easement over and across all that part of
Lot 1, Block 1, McKinley First Addition lying Southerly of a
line parallel with and 130 feet Northerly, as measured at right
angles to, the most Southerly line of said hot 1 and the same 4
extended, as such easement as shown on andindic ated by the Plat
of said McKinley First. Addition, except as to that portion of
said easement existing along the most Southerly 10 feet and the
most Easterly 10 feet of said part of Lot 1.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of g
Eden Prairie this 20th day of December, 1968, and finally read,
approved, and adopted, and ordered published at a regular meeting

of said Council held on the 14th day of January, 1969.
