ORDINANCE NO. 125
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO EXCAVATION PITS AND REMOVAL
OF EARTHLY DEPOSITS IN THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE,
HENNEP 1 N COUNTY, M 1 NNESOTA, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 36
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1 . Section 4 ( i ) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A permit fee in the sum of $300.00. In the event said application
for permit is denied, such fee shall be returned to applicant."

Section 2. Section 5, Subdivision 1 , is hereby amended to read as

" In addition to the permit fee required as specified in Section
4 ( i ) hereinabove, each holder of such permit shall apply to the
Village Clerk of the Village for a renewal permit annually on or
before January Ist, commencing in the same year in which the i

original permit is issued and pay therefore an annual license
fee of $250.00."
