Section 4 ( i ) is hereby amended to read as follows: "A permit fee in the sum of $300.00. In the event said application for permit is denied, such fee shall be returned to applicant." F Section 2. Section 5, Subdivision 1 , is hereby amended to read as a follows : : i z " In addition to the permit fee required as specified in Section 4 ( i ) hereinabove, each holder of such permit shall apply to the Village Clerk of the Village for a renewal permit annually on or before January Ist, commencing in the same year in which the i 4 original permit is issued and pay therefore an annual license fee of $250.00."
