HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 121 - Rezoning - 09/10/1968 3 r { VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 121 P AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING` AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie hereby or- dains as follows : s The East four hundred (400) feet of that part of Section 12, Township 116, Range 22, located ' South of Hennepin County Road #39 and the East four hundred (400) feet of that part of the East One-half of Section 13, Township 116, Range 22, located North of Interstate Highway #494, all of the above described property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, shall be and hereby is removed from Residential- Agriculture (R-A) and Public, Open Development and Conservation and Reclamation (POC) to Special industrial (S-1) .
