HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 115 - Rezoning - 05/04/1968 VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 115 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie hereby ordains as follows: That part of the north 930 feet of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Township 116, Range 22, lying westerly of the centerline of Purgatory Creek. } All of the above described property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, shall be and hereby is removed from Residential-Agricultural District (R-A) to Residential District (R-1 ).
