AN ORD I FIANCE RELATING TO THE REGULATING OF AND
ISSUING OF LICENSES BY THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie ordains as follows:
Section I. Ordinance No. 5s Section 3, Subdivision 4. is hereby
repea 1 ed and deleted and there is hereby enacted and adopted the fo 1 I owi ng
which wiII be Subdivision 4 in Iieu and in place of such repealed part of
said Ordinance.
Subdivision 4. Registration Fee.

Prior to doing any work in the Vi I lage, each Master Plumber
must register his license from the State of Minnesota with the
V i I 1 age and pay a reg 1 s t ra t i on f ee of $15.00. Annua I I y, thereof ter,
he may renew his registration by showing his current State certificate i
and paying a renewal registration charge of $2.00.
