HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 96
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE NAMING OF ROADS
AND STREETS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie ordains as
follows:
Section 1. That the following described streets and roads shall
be known as hereina.fter set forth:
Subdivision 1. Hennepin County Highway 18 is that portion of Hennepin
County Road No. 18 lying within the Village.
Subdivision 2. 168th Avenue is that certain road running Northerly from
Duck Lake Trail along the Easterly side of plat of Coachlite Manor in
Section 5.
Subdivision 3. 192nd Avenue is that portion of State Highway #101 within
the Village.
Subdivision 4. 62nd Street is that portion of the Village road running
along the Northerly edge of the Village now known as Town Line Road.
Subdivision 5. 72nd Street is from Eden Prairie Road to the North-South
portion of Duck Lake Road and over that certain road now known as Duck
Lake Road in Section 8.
Subdivision 6. West 78th Street is that portion of State Highway No. 5
lying within the Village.
Subdivision 7. Amsden Road is from County Road #18 to Franlo Road over
that certain road now known as Amsden Road.
Subdivision 8. Baker Road is that portion of County Road No. 60 running
from the Northerly boundary of the Village to Valley View Road (formerly
Jarrett Road and County Road No. 60. )
Subdivision 9. Flying Cloud Drive is all of U. S. Highways #169-212
within the Village.
Subdivision 10. Bluff Road is from Hennepin County Highway 18 Westerly to
its intersection with Franlo Road in Section 35.
Subdivision 11. Dell Road is from Pioneer Trail to Flying Cloud Drive over
that certain road now known as Warner Road in Sections 19 and 30.
Subdivision 12. Duck Lake Trail is from Eden Prairie Road on the East
formerly County Road No. 4) to 192nd Avenue on the West in Sections 5
and 6.
Subdivision 13. Eden Prairie Road is Hennepin County Road No. 4 from
62nd Street on the North formerly Town Line Road) Southerly to Flying Cloud
Drive (formerly State Highway #169-212) on the South, over road known as Eden
Heights Road.
Subdivision 14. Franlo Road is from Flying Cloud Drive on the North (formerly
U. S. Highway No. 169-212) over those roads known as Franlo Road and Bluff Road,
Southerly to its intersection with Bluff Road on the South.
Subdivision 15. Duck Lake Road is from 62nd Street to West 78th Street.
Subdivision 16. Mitchell Road is from West 78th Street (formerly State Highway
No. 5) on the North to Pioneer Trail (formerly County Road No. 1 on the South)
over those roads known as Mitchell Road and Research Road.
Subdivision 17. Pioneer Trail is County Road No. 1 from the Easterly boundary
to the Westerly boundary of the Village.
Subdivision 18. Research Road is from U. S. Highways No. 169-212 on the East
to Mitchell Road on the. West over that portion of said road formerly known as
Research Road.
Subdivision 19. Scenic Heights Road is from Mitchell Road on the East to Eden
Prairie Road on the West over that road known as Scenic Heights Road.
Subdivision 20. School Road is from West 78th Street (formerly State Highway
No. 5) to Scenic Heights Road on the South in Section 16.
Subdivision 21. Sprite Road is from Pioneer Trail to Flying Cloud Drive (formerly
U. S. Highways No. 169-212 over that portion now known as Hennepin County Road No.4).
Subdivision 22. Timber Trail runs from County Road #18 over that certain road
now known as Lakeview Road.

Subdivision 23. Valley View Road is from County Road No. 18 on the East over
County Road No. 39 and 60 and Jarrett Road to Eden Prairie Road (formerly County
Road No. 4) on the West.
Subdivision 24. Eden Road is Northwesterly of Flying Cloud Drive in Section 14.
