AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMEND I NG
ORD I NANCE NO. 8 OF THE V I LLAGE OF EDEN PRA I R I E
ORD I NA NC E NO. 92
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain as
follows:
Section t . That part of the South 1/2 of Northeast 1/4 of
Section I , Township 116, Range 22, lying South of State Highways
#169-212 and that part of the South 1/2 of Section 1 , Township 116,
Rang on the North 1/2 of Section 12, Township 116, RaA,� 22
Iyin �S� 9 and Northeasterly of State Highways #169-212; fey Lane"
the following described line: Beginning on the easterly limits
of McKinley First Addition being in the East 1/2 of the Southwest IA �
of Section 1 , Township 116 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, i
State of Minnesota, said point of beginning being 25 feet south
of and at right angles from the north limits of said McKinley
First Addition extended east; thence easterly along the extension
of a line 25 feet south of and parallel to the north limits of
said McKinley First Addition a distance of 417.27 feet; thence
to the right along the arc of a 50-001 circular curve having a
central angle of 290--54, a distance of 598.00 feet; thence south-
easterly along the tangent to the last described curve a distance
of 185.68 feet; thence to the right along the arc of a 5000f
circular urve having a central angle of 310 27 1/21 a distance
of 629. I v*thence southeasterly along the tangent to the last
d escribed curve to a point on the north line of the. SE 1/4 of
the NE I/4 of Sec. 12, Township 116, Range 22, a distance of
662•55 feet west of the HE corner of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
and there terminating, except

Townshlip 116, Range 22, lying South of U. S. Highway #169-212;
The North 10 Acres of the Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4,
Section 1 , Township 116, Range 22;

Block 2, all in Claredon Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
All of the above described property being located in Hennepin
County, Minnesota, shall be, and hereby is, removed from General Multiple
Dwelling - Limited Commercial (R-C), Residential Agricultural (R-A) and
