ORDINANCE NO. 89 THE Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby ordain as follows: That part of the South One-half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 116, Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter distant 471 . 1 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter, said point also being on the centerline of the U.S. Trunk Highwevs No. 169 and 212; thence Northeasterly along said centerl ine at an angle of 870 06• with fine said "lest line for a distance of 508.2 feet; thence to the left on a tangential curve of 4000, with a radius of 1432.7 feet, for a distance of 561 .8 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereinafter described; thence returning Southwesterly along said centerline for a distance of 300 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter to a point 66 feet North of the South line of the Southwest Quarter; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the said South line to the East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence Northerly along said East line for a distance of 218 feet, more or less; thence Westerly for a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence Northwesterly a distance of 318 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of said U.S. Trunk High- ways No. 169 and 212 and the radius line of said )4°001 curve extended from the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly along said radius line a distance of 60 feet to the actual point of beginning, except that part taken by U.S. Trunk Highways No. 169 and 212, being located in Hennepin County, M' nnesota, shall be, and hereby is, removed from Public Open Development, Conservation and Reclamation District (POC) to General Commercial or Shopping Center District (C-Z).
