t AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. U OF
THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
ORDINANCE NO. 88

The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby 1

ordain as follows:
All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Town-
ship 116, Range 22, lying Westerly of a line 600 feet West
of and running parallel to the East line of the West 75
rods of said Section 15 and South of the Southerly right-
of-way line of State Trunk Highway #5 and East of the a
Easterly right-of-way fine of Scenic Heights Road and
Northerly of the center line of the West bound lane of the
proposed new Highway 169-212,
All of the above described property being located in Hennepin
County, Minnesota, shall be, and hereby is, removed from Residential-
Agricultural District (RA) to Special Industrial (S- 1 ).
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie

JOHN E. TILTON. being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated
has been the publisher and printer of the newspaper known as The Hennepin County Review
and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed
in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in * r
printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed $
at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has fill% of its news columns devoted to news y ',
of local Interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate
any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements,
(4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to agree, has at
least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75 io of
its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as ;
second-class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of
Hopkins and Villages of Minnetonka and Eden Prairie in the County of Hennepin and it has its r
known office of issue in the City of Hopkins in said county, established and open during its
regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions
and maintained by the publisher of said newspaper and subject to his direction and control
duringall such regular business hours and at which said news g paper is printed. (B) Said news-
paper of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- 1 k

paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day
or dates of publication mentioned below. (6) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of
State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 19M and each January I thereafter, an affidavit in the
form prescribed► by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and i
sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
