ORDINANCE NO. 85
AN ORDINANCE RELAT 1 NG TO Z ON 1 NG AND AME ND I NG
ORD 1 NANCE NO. 8 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRA I R I E
The V i ! 1 o%-e Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby
ordain as follows:
That part of the Northeast I/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 16, Township 116, Range 22, lying Southeasterly
of School Road and South of State Highway No. 5, except
the following described parcel : That part of the Northeast
I/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 1161,
Range 22, described as follows: Beginning at a point in
the Southerly line of State Highway No. 5, distant 266.43
feet East, measured along said highway line, from its
intersection with the Southeasterly line of School Road; '
thence West along said highway line 266.43 feet to the
Southeasterly line of School Road; thence Southwesterly
{ along the Southeasterly line of School Road 161 .41 feet;
thence East deflecting to the left 1260 219 to an inter-
section with a line drawn Southerly from the point of
beginning and radial to said highway line; thence North
to the point of beginning,
All of the above described property being located in Hennepin County,
Minnesota shall be and hereby is removed from Limited Multiple Residence
(R-2) to Special Industrial District (S-1 ).
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie

JOHN E. TTLTON, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated
has been the publisher and printer of the newspaper known as The Hennepin County Review
and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed . _
In the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in
printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed AN

known office of issue in the City of Hopkins in said county, established and open during its
regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions
and maintained by the publisher of said newspaper and subject to his direction and control
during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said news-
paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- i'
paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years prece iuy; the day
or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of ) 8 a
State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the
form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and
sworn to before a notary
public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
