HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO .81
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN
PRAIRIE.
The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does
hereby ordain as follows:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 116 ,
Range 22 , and that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the
Northeast 1/4; thence East 12.82 chains; thence South 10 chains to
the center of creek; thence Northwesterly along the center line of
said creek to the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4;
thence North to the point of beginning, all in Section 29, Township
116 , Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
TOGETHER WITH: The West 12.82 chains of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4, and that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 lying West of the East 7.18 chains thereof and South of County
Road Number 1, and the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 lying South of
County Road Number 1, all in Section 20, Township 116, Range 22;
Except that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the
South 1/4 corner of said Section 20; thence on an assumed bearing
of North along the North-South centerline of said Section 20, a
distance of 1406. 0 feet to the point of beginning of the land to
be herein described; thence South 770321l06" West a distance of 389.17
feet; thence North 4034' 32" East a distance of 444.23 feet to the j
centerline of County Road Number 1 ; thence North 76044130" East along
the centerline of said County Road Number 1 a distance of 234.0 feet
to a point of curve to the right; thence along said curve to the
right, having a radius of 9291,21 feet, an are distance of 188. 93
feet; thence South a distance of 438.54 feet; thence West a distance
of 87.0 feet to the point of beginning,
All of the above described property being located in Hennepin County,
Minnesota, shall be and hereby is removed from Public Open Development
and Conservation District ( POC) and Residential Agricultural District
(RA) to Residential District (R-1) .
