AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE No 8
AND 148 OF CIE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
1HE VIZLAGE COUNCIL OF ZHE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN:
That Ordinance Number 8 of the Village of Eden Prairie entitled
"An Ordinance Relating to and Establishing a Comprehensive Zoning Plan
for the Town of Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and Repealing
Zoning Reaolution Adapted May 25, 1948, and All Resolutions Amendatory
thereof and Supplementary Thereto", be, and the same Is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 1. Section 3E of Ordinance No. 8 is amended to read as
follows: No equipment may be stored outside except that being used for

construction on the premises.
Section 2. Section 3F of Ordinance No. 48 is amended to read
ss follows: Except for materials and equipment being used, in construc-
tioa, on the premises, there shall be no exterior storage of materials
or equipment.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
