Range 22, lying South of State Highway #5 and interstate 494 except a strip of land 250 feet from the shoreline of Anderson Lake and except the Eastern 665 feet North of the25O foot strip, j( al of the above described property being located in Hennepin County, i Minnesota, shall be, and hereby is, removed from General Multiple Dwelling - Limited Commercial (R-C) and Residential-Agricultural District (R-A) / to Special Industrial (S-I ) District and that the 250 foot strip rezoned Public, Open Development and Conservation District (POC) .
