INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE V 1 OLAT I ON THEREOF , AND
AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 29 and 33•
ORDfNANCE NO. 71
The Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section I . Ordinance No. 33 of the Village of Eden Prairie
is amended to read as follows:
Section 8 is amended by deleting Subdivision 9.
Section 12 is amended by deleting Subdivision 6.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
