AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF THE V11LAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
ORDINANCE NO. 70
The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 8.3 A-1 is amended to read as follows:
POC, RA, R-1, R-2, and RC Districts 80 feet from the center line of
any existing or proposed street.
ADOPTED by the Village of Eden Prairie on the day of
