ORD I NANCE NUMBER 59
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION,
ALTERATION, EXTENSION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WELLS,
REQUIRING PERMITS THEREFOR, AND LICENSING OF PERSONS
ENGAGED IN THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF, PROVIDING FOR THE
INSPECTION AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES, AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 43
The Village of Eden Prairie ordains:
Section 1 . Ordinance Number 4.3, Section 22, is amended by deleting
Section 22.
Section 2, Ordinance Number 43 is amended by inserting the following :
` Section 22. Privately owned, constructed, or operated community water
systems, or welts supplying two or more residences, shall not be permitted
within the Village of Eden Prairie.
ADOPTED by the Village of Eden Prairie this 3 day of �965-
