Ordinance Number 13, Section 1, in amended to read as follows: Subdivision 9. PERMITS REQUIRED: It shall be unlawful to construct, install, alter or repair any plumbing, drain, vent, sump, water closet, mink, lavatory or any other plumbing fixture within the Village of Eden Prairie without first obtaining a permit from the Village Clerk to do such work. Application for such permit shall be made at the office of the Village Clerk on forms supplied by the Village of Eden Prairie; For installation of any lumbing, work or fixtures in any building vo a point five feet (54 kutside of the interior surface of ' foundation wall: Fifteen Dollars ($15.00); j For the repair or alteration of any plumbing system: Seven- fifty, ($7.50).
