The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does hereby ordain as follows: Section I . Ordinance No. 8 of the Village of Eden Prairie is amended as follows: Section 5C is amended by deleting the following: "or along a permanent, unobstructed easement of access to the lot from a public street as approved by the Zoning Administrator as adequate for the purpose." ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie this fth day of December, 1964.
