REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WELLS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 43. The Village of Eden Prairie ordains Section) 1. Ordinance No. 43 of the Village of Eden Prairie is amended as follows: Section 1 is amended by deleting the word domestic wherein it appears. Subdivision 1, (a) is amended and to read as follows: For the purpose of this. Ordinance, the water supply systems shall include the well, pump and pressure tank. ,And, in the case of community systems, shall include the distribution mains.
