That part of the Northwest Quarter (MALL) of the Northwest Quarter (NW+), Section 13, Township I16 North, Range 22 West, lying North of the North line of State Highway No. 393, as the same has been widened, pursuant to eminent domain proceedings, notice of which has been filed in the off ice of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, j as document number 3201265; That part of Government Lot 5 of Section 13, Township 116, North, Range 22 West, lying North of State Highway No. 5; That part of Lot 1 , "Auditor's Subdivision No. 335, Hennepin County, Minnesota", lying North of the North line of State Highway No. 393, as the same has been widened pursuant to eminent domain proceedings, notice of which was filed in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hennepin County, Minnesota, a; document number 320126 ; except that portion heretofore taken for highway purposes by the Sate of Minnesota pursuant to eminent domain 2.
