Zoni.ri,} ""'Ilan for the Town of Eden Prairie , Hennepin County , Minnesota ,
and. Repealing Zonin- Resolution Adopted May 25 , 194' , and All 'Resolu-
tions Amendatory thereof and Supplementary Thereto" be , and the same
is herebby amender] as follours :
Section 1 . There is hereby created a Special Industrial
District ( S-I ) .
Section 2 . Uses Permitted in S-1 Districts.
A. Uses Permitted .

except alcohol or alcoholic bevera;_;es , fish , rn.eat products , pickles ,
sat.ierkraut , soy beans , vinezjar and yeast , or any resultin- in the
emission of strong odors.
2. Automobile , motor vehicle , airplane , farm implement
and other assembling.

tion or service uses idiich would be as appropriately and desirably
located in S-I Districts as those enumerated above , and emitting no
objectionable or unpleasant noise , vibration , odor, smoke , dust or
,gas , not insanitary or injurious to the public health , and emittinu
no waste of any bind capable of pollutin: any graters or destroying
or injuring, humans , plants , animals , fisi, or fowl . Lists of such
additional uses which would be permitted subject to performance up
to desirable standards , with permits therefore revolvable in the event
such performance is not had , may be made by the Zon:ine Administrator
and. Board of Appeals to assist in administerin this ordinance.
T?. Special Uso . Permit . No buildin, shall be erected in
the S-I Industrial District without first securing; a special use

C. Yards Required .
1 . Eac_-i lot shall have a. front yard of fifty feet
and shall have side yards of ten feet on eac,--: side , and the rear
yard shall be forty feet.
