AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 8 OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
DOES ORDAIN:
That part of Northeast l/'+ of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
16, Township 116, Range 22, described as follows: Beginning
at a point in the Southerly line of State Highway No. 5,
distant 266.43 feet East, measured along said highway line
from its intersection with the Southeasterly line of School
Road, thence West along said highway line 266.43 feet to the
Southeasterly line of School Road; thence Southwesterly along
the Southerly line of School Road 161.41 feet; thence East
deflecting to the left 126 degrees-21' to an intersection with
a line drawn Southerly from the point of beginning and radial
to said highway line; thence North to the point of beginning.
ALL OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY being located in Hennepin
County, Minnesota. It shall be, and hereby is, removed from the Limited
Multiple Residential, or Multiple Dwelling Districts (R-2) and is included in
the Local Commercial or Shopping Center Districts (C-1) . It shall be subject
to all ordinances, rules and regulations of Village relating to such Local
Commercial or Shopping Center Districts (C-1).
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie

has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-

of legal notices; and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
for proofs of its said qualification. A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society,St.Paul.
