HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 35 - Building Construction Regulations - 05/14/1963 ►' VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 35 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCPION OF BCTILDINGS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7 OF THE VOWR OF EDEN PRAIRIE VILLAGE The Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie does ordain: " Section 1. Subdivision 1. Section 2 is amended to read as follows: Before proceeding with the construction, alteration, repair or moving of any building or structure, or for the installation of public utility transmission lines, whether above or below the ground, in the Village of Eden Prairie, the owner or lessee thereof, or his agent, shall first obtain a permit from the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie or its designated employees and, at the time of applying for said permit, shall pay a fee therefore as per the schedule hereinafter set forth. Such permits shall be valid for a 1 period of one year from date of issue, and may be re—issued for an additional ` period of one year upon payment of a fee, whic;i shall be ten per cent of the original fee. Subdivision 2. The owner or lessee, or his agent, of any property upon which it is proposed to install a public utility transmission line, whether above or below ground, to secure the permit hereinbefore referred to mast first furnish to the Village Council the proposed route of said trans— mission line. The Village Council shall consider said application in conjunction with the applicable zoning ordinance of the Village and may reject the proposed route if said route is in conflict with the airs and purposes of said zoning ordinance.
