THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EVEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 . Ordinance Number 29, of the Village of Eden Prairie is amended as follows: Section 7 is amended by deleting Subdivision 9. Section 12 is amended by deleting Subdivision 6.
