HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 28 - Rezoning - Schulze Property - 08/14/1962 TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NUMBER 28 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 8 OF THE TOYS OF EDEN PRAIRIE. THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN: That part of the East one-half (EJ) of the Northeast Quarter (N1*), of Section 16, Township 116 North, Range 22 West, lying North of a line parallel to and 100 feet North of a line described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence running South on the East line of said Section 16 for a distance of 1,642.04 feet, which is the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence running westerly at an angle of 800-26'-12" to the right for a distance of 1,519.33 feet; thence to the left on the arc of a 10-000 curve having a central angle of 160-401 to the West line of the Northeast One Quarter of said Section 16 and there terminating, the above described property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, shall be and hereby is removed from the Residential District (ri-1) to the Industrial District (W. It shall be subject to all of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Town relating to such Industrial District (M2).
