ORDNANCE NLrAiBER 24
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 8 OF TIM TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
THE TOWN ROAPI) OF THE TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN:
Parcel 1: Tracts "A", "B", and "C", Registered Land Survey Number 1001, Files
of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
Parcel 2: The South 244.72 feet of the North 852.72 feet of the East 178 feet
of Government Lot Three, Section Five, Township One Hundred Sixteen,
Range Twenty—two, and
Parcel 3: Tracts "B", "C", "D", "E" , "F", "G", "H", Files of the Registrar of
Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
Parcel 4: Those portions of Tracts "A" and "I", Registered Land Survey Number
751, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
presently zoned It A, and the West 40 rods of Southeast Quarter, Sec—
tion 23, Township 116, Range 229
all of the above described property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
shall be and hereby is removed from the Residential Agricultural District (RR-A)
to the Residential District (P l) . It shall be subject to all of the ordinances,
rules and regulations of the Town relating to such Residential District (Rr-1).
Parcel 5: Beginning at a point in the Southerly right—of—way line of State S
Highway No. 5, which point is eleven (11) feet West of the inter— i
section of the East line of said Government Lot 6 and the Southerly
right—of—way line of said State Highway, measured along said Southerly
right—of—way line; thence West along said Southerly right—of—way line,
a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet; thence South in a straight
line to a point in a line drawn parallel with and two hundred fifty
(250) feet South of said Southerly right—of—way line, which point is '
two hundred sixty—four and 7/10 (264.7) feet West of the East line of
said Government Lot 6, measured along said parallel line; thence East
along said parallel line to a point therein which is fourteen and
7/10 (14.7) feet West of the East line of said Government Lot 6,
measured along said parallel line; thence in a straight line to the
point of beginning,
the above described Property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, shall
be and hereby is removed from the Residential Agricultural District (R—A) to the

General Multiple Dwelling-Limited Commercial District (R-C). It shall be subject
to all of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Town relating to such
General Multiple Dwelling-Limited Commercial District (R,-0.
Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Eden Prairie this 13th day
of February, 1962.
