ORDINANCE N'i.11i9ER 21
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 8 OF THE TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN:
Parcel 1: That part of the Northeast Quarter OWL) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA)
of Section One (1) , Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) , Range Twenty—
two (22) , lying South of the North ten (10) acres thereof, and lying
West of a line drawn parallel with and distant one hundred twelve and `
5/10 (112.5) feet westerly of the following described line: Beginning
at the East Quarter corner of said Section 1; thence West at an angle {
of 91 degrees , 14 minutes , 30 seconds from the East line of said North—
east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter as measured from South to West a
distance of ?9,4 feet; thence deflecting to the left at an angle of 91
degrees, 14 minutes, 30 seconds a distance of 226.4 feet to the point
of beginning of line to be described; thence deflecting to the left along
a 2 degree curve (delta angle 24 degrees , 25 minutes , and a tangent dis—
tance 620.3) a distance of 1,221.7 feet and there terminating, according
to the Government Survey thereof, consisting of approximately 30 acres.
Parcel 2: The North ten (10) acres of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4), Section One (1). Township One Hundred Sixteen (116),
Range Twenty—two (22), except road,
all of the above described property being located in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
shall be and hereby is removed from the Residential Agricultural District (R-A) to
the General Industrial and Manufacturing District (M-2), It shall be subject to all
of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Town relating to such General Industri—
al and Manufacturing District (M-2).
ADOPTED by the Town Board of the Town of Eden Prairie this 13th day of
June, 1961 .
