HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 99-220 - Declaring Unclaimed Property "Abandoned Property" - 12/07/1999 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO.99-220 DECLARATION OF ABANDONED PROPERTY WHEREAS, City Code 2.86 Subd. 2 requires adoption of a resolution by City Council to declare the property itemized on Exhibit A as "abandoned property;" and WHEREAS,the property has lawfully come into the possession of the City in the course of municipal operations; and WHEREAS,the property remains unclaimed by the owners; and 1 WHEREAS,the property has been in the possession of the City for over 90 days. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Eden Prairie declares the property itemized on Exhibit A as "abandoned property." ADOPTED by the City Council on December 7, 1999. jean .
