RESOLUTION NO. 99-193
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT AMENDMENT OF PICKLED PARROT & SW METRO
FOR PICKLED PARROT & SW METRO
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development (PUD) Concept Amendment of certain areas located within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on Pickled Parrot&
SW Metro PUD Concept Amendment by Pickled Parrot&SW Metro and considered their request
for approval for development and recommended approval of the requests to the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on October 19, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Pickled Parrot & SW Metro, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally
described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept Amendment approval as outlined
in the plans dated August 20, 1999.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
dated September 27, 1999.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 19th day of October,
1999.
