HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 99-73 - Pillsbury Addition - PUD Concept Review - 05/18/1999 PILLSBURY ADDITION CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-73 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF PILLSBURY ADDITION FOR PILLSBURY WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and, WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on the Pillsbury Addition PUD Concept by Pillsbury and considered their request for approval for development (and waivers) and recommended approval of the requests to the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on May 18, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Pillsbury Addition, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans dated May 11, 1999. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission dated April 26, 1999.
