HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 99-53 - Chestnut Apartments - PUD Amendment - 04/20/1999 CHESTNUT APARTMENTS CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, M[NNNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-53 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT AMENDMENT OF CHESTNUT APARTMENTS FOR BBY CHESTNUT LI IITED PARTNERSHIP WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development(PUD) Concept Amendment of certain areas located within the City; and, WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on Chestnut Apartments PUD Concept Amendment by BBY Chestnut Limited Partnership and considered their request for approval for development and recommended approval of the requests to the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on April 20, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Chestnut Apartments, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept Amendment approval as outlined in the plans dated April 13, 1999. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission dated March 22, 1999. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 20th day of April, 1999. can L.
