I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Patricia Pidcock, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
II. ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Approve Minutes from April 21, Organizational Meeting
MOTION: Mike Best moved, seconded by Phil Olson, to approve the minutes of the
April 21 Organizational Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
B. Approve Minutes from April 22, Board of Review Meeting
Steve Sinell pointed out an error under the appeal of Michael and Michelle Keeler.
The motion should read, "Phil Olson moved, seconded by Carol Standal, that the
market value, as amended to $664,500,be sustained."
MOTION: Mike Best moved, seconded by Phil Olson, to correct the minutes of the
April 22 Board of Review Meeting, and approve them as amended. Motion carried
5-0.
C. Review Items Continued from April 22
4. Kent Carlson, 6709 W. 160 Avenue
The owner and John Sams agree the value should be reduced to $162,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by O'Connor, to reduce the market value to
$162,000. Motion carried 5-0.

The owner, Steve Sinell and Colin Schmidt agree the value should be reduced to
$225,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by O'Connor, to reduce the market value to
$225,00. Motion carried 5-0.

The owner, Steve Sinell and Colin Schmidt agree the value should be reduced to
$300,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, to reduce the market value to
$300,000. Motion carried 5-0.
7. Lorenz Definer, Lot 104 Flying Cloud Airport
The owner, Steve Sinell and Colin Schmidt agree the value should be reduced to
$100,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, to reduce the market value to
$100,000. Motion carried 5-0.
9. Carmen & Tace Wieczorek, 10115 Horseshoe Trail
The owner and John Sams agree the value should be reduced to $251,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, to reduce the market value to
$251,000. Motion carried 5-0.
10. Corwin R. Davidson, 18375 Pioneer Trail
The owner and Colin Schmidt agree the existing value is correct at$660,500.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the existing value is correct at
$660,500 and that the value be sustained. Motion carried 5-0.
11. William& Susan Cochrane, 11423 Welters Way
The owner and John Sams agree the value should be reduced to $360,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the market value should be
reduced to $360,000. Motion carried 5-0.
12. Glenn Bragg, 15495 Sunrise Circle West
The owner and Colin Schmidt agree the existing value is correct at$253,600.

MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the existing value is correct at
$253,600 and that the value be sustained. Motion carried 5-0.

The owner and Colin Schmidt agree the existing value is correct at$170,800.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the exiting value is correct at
$170,800, and that the value be sustained. Motion carried 5-0.
15a. Loren R. Wuttke, 16860 Flying Cloud Drive
The owner and Colin Schmidt and Steve Sinell agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable house/site remains unchanged at$197,900.
Sub 2 —The taxable farm/farm buildings remains unchanged at$47,700.
Sub 3 —The deferred house/site remains unchanged at$197,900.
Sub 4 —The deferred farm/farm buildings should be reduced from$554,300 to
$483,900. (Land $461,600 +Bldg $22,300)
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the value be sustained or
reduced as appropriate. Motion carried 5-0.
15b. Loren R. Wuttke, 16860 Flying Cloud Drive
The owner and Colin Schmidt and Steve Sinell agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable farm land remains unchanged at$15,400.
Sub 2 —The deferred farm land should be reduced from$539,000 to $471,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the value be sustained or
reduced as appropriate. Motion carried 5-0.

The owner and Colin Schmidt and Steve Sinell agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable farm land remains unchanged at$14,300.
Sub 2 —The taxable rental house and site remain unchanged at$128,500.
Sub 3 —The deferred farm land remains unchanged at$267,700.
Sub 4 —The deferred rental house and site remain unchanged at$128,500.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the values be sustained.

The owner and Colin Schmidt and Steve Sinell agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable farm land remains unchanged at$2,600.
Sub 2 —The deferred farm land should be reduced from$64,000 to $50,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the values be sustained or
reduced as appropriate. Motion carried 5-0.

The owner and Colin Schmidt and Steve Sinell agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable farm land remains unchanged at$200.
Sub 2 —The deferred farm land remains unchanged at$1,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the values be sustained.
Motion carried 5-0.

The owner and Steve Sinell agree that value should be reduced to $5,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by Olson, that the value be reduced to $5,000.
Motion carried 5-0.

The owner and Steve Sinell agree the value should be reduced to $157,000.
MOTION: Best moved, seconded by O'Connor, that the value be reduced to
$157,000. Motion carried 5-0.
18. Georize J. Marshall, 9905 Dell Road
The owner and Colin Schmidt agree that:
Sub 1 —The taxable house/site remains unchanged at$136,100.
Sub 2 —The taxable farm/farm buildings remains unchanged at$68,100.
Sub 3 —The deferred house/site remains unchanged at$136,100.
Sub 4 —The deferred farm/farm buildings should be reduced from$1,814,500 to
$1,608,900.
The total deferred value of Sub 3 and Sub 4 will be $1,745,000 instead of
$1,950,600 if the Board of Review reduced Sub 4 as proposed.

D. Sisn Board of Review Documents
Steve Sinell distributed the documents to be signed by the Board of Review.
III. ADJOURN THE 1999 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING
MOTION: Phil Olson moved, seconded by Mike Best, to adjourn the 1999 Board of
Review Meeting. Motion carried 5-0. Pat Pidcock adjourned the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
