RESOLUTION NO. 98-13
AGENCY CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AT MTS SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, it will be of future benefit to MnDOT and the City of Eden Prairie to construct the
sanitary sewer and watermain along the north boundary of the MTS property adjacent to future
TH 212 construction; and
WHEREAS, an Agency Construction Agreement has been prepared for constructing the sanitary
sewer and watermain;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council that said Agency
Construction Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Eden Prairie.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on January 20, 1998.
