RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 2 0 1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF TCF BANK
FOR TCF BANK
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD)Concept of certain areas located within the City; and,
WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on the TCF Bank
by TCF Bank and considered their request for approval for development (and waivers) and
recommended approval of the requests to the City Council; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on December 3, 1996;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,Minnesota,
as follows:
1. TCF Bank, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in
Exhibit A,is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
dated November 26, 1996.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
dated November 12, 1996.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie t 's 3 day of Dec er, 1996.
