RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF STARING LAKE TOWNHOMES BY PULTE MASTER BUILDERS
BE IT RESOLVED,by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Staring Lake Townhomes for Pulte Master Builders dated July 11,
1996, consisting of 88.5 acres into 27 lots and 3 outlots, a copy of which is on file at the City Hall,
is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting
ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 16th day of July, 1996.
