A RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL
FOR NIITCHELL VILLAGE
BY CENTEX HOMES
WHEREAS, Centex Homes has applied for Site Plan approval of Mitchell Village on 19.65 acres for
construction of 123 townhome units located at Anderson Lakes Parkway and Mitchell Road to be zoned RM-6.5
by an Ordinance adopted by the City Council on July 2, 1996; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission reviewed said application at a public hearing at its June 10, 1996,
Planning Commission meeting and recommended approval of said site plans; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed said application at a public hearing at its July 2, 1996,
meeting;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDEN PRAIRIE,that site plan approval be granted to Centex Homes for the construction of townhomes,
based on plans dated June 25, 1996,between Centex Homes, and the City of Eden Prairie.
ADOPTED by the City Council on July 2, 1996.
