HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 96-22 - I.C. 96-5406 - Public Improvements to Highview Dr., Lakeland Terrace and Lakeland Circle - 02/06/1996 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 2 2 - RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT WHEREAS, a petition has been received and it is proposed to make the following improvements: I.C. 96-5406 Public Improvements to Highview Drive, Lakeland Terrace and Lakeland Circle and assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to M.S.A. 429.011 to 429.111. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EDEN PRAIRIE CITY COUNCIL: That the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study with the assistance of Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. (RCM), and that a feasibility report shall be prepared and presented to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to the scope, cost assessment and feasibility of the proposed improvements. ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on February 6, 1996. iL. The following Councilmembers were present: �a�lar �.T-ear �rrrs fpnal�4aS Oss J�- /j/aney Tc�rq-�ukp�s and the following were absent: Councilmember rl01L'o introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $1, 340, 000 VARIABLE RATE DEMAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 199G (CHALLENGE PRINTING, INC. PROJECT) TO FINANCE A PROJECT The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember /{ rJ -,Hnsgn and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 741763.1
