A.W.Miller- chairman F.G.Holasek A.J.Hirt R.J.Nesbitt J.F.Gage Meeting called to order by chairman at 8:00 pm. May I2,I959. Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with. There being no opposition present, Lund's Fourth Addition was rezoned from industrial to residential. The plat for Lund's three additions has three out-lots which could prove aproblem to maintain by the tm.. Mr.Carter made some suggested changes to the Lund's re- garding drainage and roads. In view of possible changes related to. a motion was made by Mr. Hirt and seconded by Mr. Holasek, to postpone until the Commissions next regular meeting,any further action.. There being no further business, motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and approved. Time of adjournment 9:I5pm. J.F.Gage. Sec.
