RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH 2ND ADDITION
FOR HUSTAD LAND COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of American Lutheran Church 2nd Addition for Hustad Land Company
dated March 17, 1995, consisting of 7.79 acres, a copy of which is on file at the City Hall, is
found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting
ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 21st day of March, 1995.
