VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
OVER PART OF LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 8
WINDFIELD 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has certain drainage and utility easements described as
follows:
The North 5.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 8, Windfield 3rd Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the westerly 10.00 feet
thereof and except the easterly 10.00 feet thereof.
together with:
The South 5.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 8, Windfield 3rd Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the westerly 10.00 feet
thereof and except the easterly 10.00 feet thereof.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 17, 1993 after due notice was published and
posted as required by law;
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the said drainage and utility easements are not necessary
and have no interest to the public, therefore, should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
1. Said drainage and utility easements as above described are hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare a notice of completion of proceedings in accordance
with M.S.A. 412.851
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on August 1 93.
