RESOLUTION NO. 9 3 - T 5 2
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF BRUNSWICK BOWL FOR BRUNSWICK CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the
Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on the
Brunswick Bowl PUD Concept by Brunswick Corporation and considered their request for
approval for development (and waivers) and recommended approval of the requests to the City
Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on July 12, 1993;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Brunswick Bowl, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as
outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
dated July 16, 1993.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
dated July 12, 1993.
